Zendesk Implementation Schedule

As my company is getting closer to the first stage of implementing a new customer service software, Zendesk, the numerous steps and side-projects are beginning to accumulate quickly. So, as a lover of proper planning, I have created the following schedule which outlines what is expected from both Zendesk and our company; this schedule should provide a general understanding of each section of the install, from start to finish.
