Just wanted to point out that since I built our new ticketing system from the ground up and initiated SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) three weeks ago, we have finally hit our goal of a 100% SLA achievement rate. While we are still a small company, I suppose this isn’t worth celebrating too much, but I will definitely give myself a small pat on the back!
